Our organic Daily matcha is vibrant with fresh umami and vegetal flavors of buttery greens, creamy avocado and cocoa husk with a pleasant astringency and a lasting sweet finish. A masterful blend of two different cultivars, Yabukita and Yutaka midori, it is grown on a single-estate tea field in Kagoshima prefecture on Kyushu Island in southern Japan.
Excellent for drinking ceremonially with water only or as a matcha latte. Can also be used for baking.
Using a bamboo chasen whisk is ideal for making a smooth, clump-free matcha and forming a frothy texture.

Store airtight in a cool, dark location. Use within 3-4 weeks after opening for peak freshness. Can be kept up to one year in a refrigerator.
