Our House matcha has a natural malty sweetness with lots of umami and flavors of creamy edamame, toasted sesame and golden chestnuts. It is a rare hand-harvested, single-cultivar Yabukita matcha that has been grown and ground on a single-estate small farm in the pristine Yame region of Kyushu Island in southern Japan.
Excellent for drinking ceremonially or as a matcha latte. Can also be used for baking.
Using a bamboo chasen whisk is ideal for making a smooth, clump-free matcha and forming a frothy texture.

Store airtight in a cool, dark location. Use within 3-4 weeks after opening for peak freshness. Can be kept up to one year in a refrigerator.
