Using a metal sifter will quickly and easily remove any clumps in your matcha. These tiny clumps form naturally due to static electricity of the ultra-fine powder. Simply use the back of your bamboo scoop or spoon to push the matcha powder through the sifter and into your bowl before mixing with water.
The metal sifter can also be used to strain out loose tea leaves while brewing.
